The ferry from Tangier reached the Spanish port of Tarifa in 45minutes. Then before we knew it we were through the quickest customs ever!

A short walk uphill from the Port and we saw our hotel signpost…very easy to find…the town is not that big.

But windy! Sand whipping us as we walked along the Atlantic Coast, no one in the water, just a couple of sunbakers here and there.

Holiday apartments line the coast, with swimming pools and cafes galore…but the wind!
